El Parque Finlay está localizado en el extremo Este del Barrio la Ronda y es el más pequeño e irregular parque del casco histórico, este parque queda justamente donde finalizaba el área urbanizada de Tegucigalpa en tiempos de la colonia.
Su forma triangular y en pendiente lo convierte en una curiosidad que desde 1948 sirve de espacio de recreación y descanso; gracias a la intervención de las autoridades municipales este parque ha sido sometido a un Proceso de Restauración y se ha recuperado así como otros parques antiguos de nuestra capital tal como nos lo muestra Hondudiario en el enlace previo.
